REDOX imported FALCHEM SUPER-SOL Carbon & Varnish Remover is an advanced heavy duty liquid specifically formulated to attack, penetrate and efficiently remove carbon, grease, oil, varnishes and other heavy deposits from diesel engine blocks, gear boxes, pistons, rings, valves, atomizers, pipes, burners, coolers etc completely.

This powerful action is based on a single-phase mechanism that consists of cleaning agents, aromatic solvents, corrosion inhibitors and dye. This way, the deposits are trapped and bound, resulting in complete and safe removal.

DIRECTIONS :
For soaking method, place all parts to be decarbonized in a mesh basket and lower them into a deep tank containing Carbon and Varnish Remover to soak. Soaking time varies on the degree of carbon deposits on metal surfaces : for light soils, 1-2 hours and for heavy deposits, it is recommended to soak overnight. When soil shave been removed or softened, rinse parts with water to remove the chemicals. To clean the oil side of heat exchangers, first disconnect the oil inlet and outlet and drain off any remaining oil.
CAUCTION :
※ When using this product, we recommend wearing safety goggles and gloves.
※ If contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
※ Close the bucket lid after using.
※ The product must be stored in a cool place and away from sources of ignition.
