APPLICATION

Norchem Xcell 55 is a heavy duty solvent based oil and grease remover. Product contains effective emulsifiers and surfactants and is recommended for the following application.

• Cleaning and degreasing of mineral oils, cargo tanks

• Cleaning oil coolers, fuel oil preheaters, etc

• Cleaning/degreasing of boilers and cooling water systems prior to acid clean

• Degreasing of oil and grease from decks, engine rooms, tank tops, pits, garages, machine parts, etc

DIRECTIONS

• For tank cleaning, use 1 or 2 litres per ton of wash water. Operating temperature not more than 60ºC.

• For cleaning boilers and cooling systems use 5 to 10% concentration and circulate for between 4 to 6 hrs at a temperature of not more than 60ºC. • Use neat for general degreasing and for cleaning oil coolers and oil preheaters, etc.

• Apply by brushing, soaking or spraying.

PRECAUTIONS

Contains solvents. Avoid prolonged contact. Keep away from open flames or welding areas.
